Knit Picky offers classes in knitting, crocheting, spinning and dying. We believe the fiber arts are a unique way to tap into our creativity, unwind and relax. Classes are designed for all levels; let us help you choose the class that’s right for you!

Help Sessions & Private Lessons are scheduled at your convenience. You will receive our full attention and assistance to work on whatever you need help with. For $25 an hour (or $15 a half hour) you will have the assistance of a knitting or crochet instructor helping you with any problem or teaching you what you’d like to learn. Please call ahead to schedule.

Classes fill quickly ...Your payment by phone or in person secures your spot in class. Our class minimum is 3 and our maximum is 6 in most classes. Class members are asked to purchase supplies at Knit Picky Yarn Shop. We encourage you to purchase your supplies prior to the first class so you may get started on time. All class members receive 10% off supplies.

Store credit will be given in two cases: if we cancel due to low enrollment OR if you cancel at least 3 days prior to the start of class. A missed class is not included in the class fee but may be made up with a private lesson for $25/hour. Click here for our full class policy.

Build A Class You only need 3 people to create a group lesson. You and your buddies may design a class around a project, stitches, or almost anything you’d like to learn! Call and we are happy to set this up for you. 336.768.5599

Everyone Needs a Little Help Sometimes... and we’re glad to answer a quick question when you’re in the shop. If you need more than a few minutes, please set up a 1 on 1 session. You’ll receive our full attention and assistance for a full hour ($25/hour).
