Greetings!
Is anyone else shocked that Christmas is only a week away? Remember as a child how slowly the days of December passed as we waited on the big day? I have two more boxes to ship: one to Minneapolis and one to Georgia. I know, I know...they probably won't make it in time. But don't you think it's fun getting a surprise after-Christmas gift box? I'm hoping so because I'm trying not to stress and enjoy the season like we are supposed to do. And to think, I was so proud that we decorated the weekend of Thanksgiving....I was sooooo ahead of the game.....I don't know what happened!
Tiffany and I are busy setting up vendor appointments for January so we can see all their new goodies and bring them in for you! We are also preparing for inventory and will have our Holiday SALE Dec 23, 26, 27 & 28!! Remember we are closing for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We'll reopen on Friday, December 26th, at noon.
Do you need an elegant, last minute gift? Yesterday, we took in some beautiful hand-painted silk scarves created by one of our local artist. The designer is a Knit Picky customer and has reduced the price for us! Originally around $50 each, they are selling for $30 to $45 and are simply amazing. If you are anywhere near the shop, stop by because you must see these pieces.
From another local artist, trained in high end jewelry design at The Greenbrier, we are displaying beautiful "Martini Stick Shawl Pins" and various gem stone pendants. These are breathtaking! What a unique gift for someone (or yourself)!
